ORDERS & DELIVERIES POLICIES

Haiku ships both domestic and international.

Haiku & Co is not able to ship to PO Boxes so all orders must contain a physical address. Haiku & Co can leave packages unattended and will accept special instructions to leave for the courier.

We currently use multiple couriers and will use the courier best suited to your delivery area.  Please note that some remote areas will cost extra for delivery. Packages can be insured for loss or damage.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard Australian delivery on small size orders: $20 | May take up to 10 business days excluding delivery.

Click and Collect: We will contact you to organise pickup from Haiku & Co show room located within 55 Parrots Store:  237 Princess highway Bulli NSW Australia. However, orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase or they will be considered abandoned.

Please contact us for a quote if you would like to purchase an oversized item at sales@haikuandco.com.au If your purchase is an oversized item, we will contact you to discuss a quote for delivery. You must allow a minimum of 2 working days for a shipping quote to be sent out. Once agreed the order will be sent out within 4 days of the shipping quote being accepted and paid for. Orders being sent to remote areas may be subject to large shipping quotes.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Haiku & Co prides itself on the uniqueness and individuality of the products it sells.  Therefore, no two products are alike, and we consider inconsistencies between pieces to be part of a handmade product, rather than flaws.

Our products are predominantly hand-made or vintage pieces and are each special in their own way.  For this reason, what is represented on our website may not always be an exact match to what you receive when you purchase.  We ask you to bear this in mind when making a selection and to please choose carefully or contact us before placing your order to discuss any special requirements or request more detail.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online or in store purchase, you must contact us within 48 hours via email to sales@haikuandco.com.au outlining the reason for return. After a review of your request we will let you know if we can process the return/ exchange. All items must be returned  to us with original tags attached, proof of purchase, unused and unsoiled. Haiku & Co reserves the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.

Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable for change of mind and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item. Please take special care with packaging an item to return it to us to ensure it is returned in its original condition.

 

DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS – REFUND POLICY

All goods are inspected prior to packing your item, so all care is taken to ensure your item is in perfect condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified in writing or by phone of any damages upon receipt of goods within 48 hours of delivery, including proof of damages during this period. This may be in a form of a photograph or return of the goods to enable us to determine the best option being refund or exchange of the damaged product. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit please contact us immediately by phone or in writing at sales@haikuandco.com.au.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will

1. Send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

2. Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within 2 days of receiving the return into our office.

3. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days. If an exchange is applicable, we will be in contact to discuss your exchange options.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account. If your refund is not received, please contact us by telephone or email at sales@haikuandco.com.au

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
